The Tricoci University Student Catalogs are the official catalog of Tricoci University. Students should not take these catalogs as the final statement on Tricoci University policies and regulations and should ask for clarification regarding any unclear policies. Every student must read and comply with all rules and regulations from each individual Tricoci University campus. A student’s failure to read and comply with rules, regulations, policies and procedures does not exempt that student from these regulations and policies.

Transparency Coverage Final Rule

For plan years beginning Jan. 1, 2022, the rule requires non-grandfathered employer-sponsored group health benefit plans to disclose information in machine-readable files on a public website and to update them monthly. Files are required for in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed amounts.

Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. Title IX states: “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance”.

Tricoci University may grant reasonable and necessary accommodations for students with disabilities. Students with disabilities must complete the Section 504 Accommodations Request Form and may need to provide supporting documentation to the Campus Director. Accommodations may include:

  • Extended time for completing tests, quizzes, papers and/or projects
  • Additional tutoring
