Salons and spas that have been significantly engaged with Tricoci University of Beauty Culture over the past two years have earned tier statuses from the premier beauty school.
Tricoci University of Beauty Culture (TUBC) is honored to announce the 2014 tier statuses for its Salon Corps® members. Gold members include Great Clips (Perez franchise), Hair Cuttery and Mario Tricoci Hair Salons & Day Spas.
Silver members include Charles Ifergan, Image Skincare International, JC Penney, Kut Above Salon & Spa, Linea Hair Salon & Day Spa, Marc Alan Salon & Day Spa, Riah Salon, Sport Clips, Ulta, and Vanis Hair Salon & Day Spas. Another 43 salons were recognized as Bronze-level members this year.
TUBC formalized the Salon Corps program as a way to deepen the three-way relationship between the school, local beauty service providers, and TUBC students. Salon Corps members are able to take advantage of benefits associated with their tier level status, which include connecting with TUBC graduates and students, use of campus facilities, invitations to exclusive events and tuition scholarship opportunities for student referrals.
“Salon Corps is set up as a win-win-win program,” said Brian Weed, CEO of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. “The students’ learning experience is enriched because of the members’ involvement. Tier members receive a variety of benefits, including premier access to our future graduates for their open positions. And our schools benefit from Salon Corps members’ qualified student referrals, as well as their input provided during guest lectures, demonstrations and advisory board meetings.”
TUBC’s Salon Corps program is open to all salons, spas and other beauty industry companies. While tier members receive additional benefits, all members are seen as valued partners that have unique contributions to make to TUBC, which can then lead to tier membership.
