Laura Pierce joined TUBC in 2006 as the General Manager of our Rockford Campus. Since joining, Laura has accepted several promotions and added responsibilities that resulted in her current position, Vice President of Operations.
As VPO, Laura continually motivates the entire organization to raise the bar of what an education company can accomplish for its students, staff and the industry at large; keeping true to our Founder’s original vision. She works hand-in-hand with our campuses’ General Managers on a daily basis to bring out the best in everyone; while also keeping an eye on TUBC’s operational efficiencies.
Prior to TUBC, Laura excelled in various operations and management positions at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, as well as privately held Medical Clinics. Throughout her entire career Laura has naturally assumed leadership roles and continues to mentor managers, associates and students alike.
Laura is passionate about both higher education and the beauty industry. She obtained her Cosmetology license prior to completing a Bachelor’s degree at Columbia College.
